| The Group
Executive Committee is made up of parents and
friends of the children in the group. Its role is
to look after the day to day running of the
group, manage fund raising activities
(including setting the subs), maintain the hall and generally
provide all the support that the leaders need to run the
sections. They also have to present audited accounts to all
members of the group once a year at the Annual General Meeting
(AGM). Meetings are held monthly and you can see the
dates of future meetings and
notes from past meetings on this page.

Fund
raising the easy way
The Group Exec is responsible for fund raising. We can earn commission on things you buy online if you go
through our online eStore at
spendandraise.com/2ndbracknell. You'll find over 1000
retailers there including M&S, Expedia, play.com, Amazon, Thorntons,
Debenhams and
John Lewis. You
pay the normal online price which is generally less than on
the High Street so you can raise money for us and still save

The Group Executive Committee usually
meets at the hall after Cubs on the second Tuesday of each
month, starting at 8.15pm. You can see the
agenda for the next meeting.
We've made
changes to our planned 2012 meeting dates to move them away from
school holidays. The revised list of dates for exec meetings is:
